Life is short, and the world is big. Have you ever wanted to shake things up, to change your path and get out there and really change the world?

In 2010, I moved to Japan on my own. 16 months later, I moved to Prague (with my partner at the time) with no real idea of where we were going to live or work. I have travelled around Europe and Asia, planning as I go, meeting new people and taking on excting challenges.

People often tell me that they wish they could do the same thing – but something is holding them back. Often, it’s money, but I’ve learnt a lot of ways to travel without spending much at all. Sometimes it’s just fear or a lack of knowledge about how to go about planning something big.

If you choose to work with me (over Skype or if you happen to be where I am) I can help you to achieve genuine happiness and meaning, to overcome the barriers that stop you from living the life you want to achieve, and to work out how you can start on your own adventure.

I’m all about achieving authentic, sustainable happiness – that means happiness that’s good for you, other people and our planet. I’m passionate about sustainability, health and environmentally responsible behaviour, so I can also work with you on a one-to-one or group basis to help you re-evaluate your lifestyle, live in line with your spirit and the earth and cook some amazing, healthy dishes through coaching, nature therapy and cooking classes. I will tailor our sessions to your needs, so if you want to find out more check out one of my other blogs or contact me!

Greenjoy Living is my original coaching blog, full of tips on happiness, meaning and mindfulness.
