Yes, street dogs can be dirty, they sometimes growl at you or try to bite you, and they MIGHT be rabid. But we hardly saw any of that (except at night in Mae Sot)… what we mostly saw were sweet, loving dogs who clearly needed a home! In no order of preference, here they are…
